​Yes! Addison Keller Springs is proud to be a pet friendly apartment community in Addison and welcomes both cats and dogs. A maximum of two pets per apartment is allowed. There is a one-time pet fee of $400 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Breed and type restrictions apply, and a breed approval or interview may be required.

Addison Keller Springs offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment floor plans. Floor plans range from 764 to 1,305 square feet depending on the layout. For current availability and pricing of each plan, please visit the Floor Plans page or contact the Leasing Office.

Addison Keller Springs is located with easy access to Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART). The Addison Transit Center offering Park & Ride is only one mile south and serves multiple local and express bus routes throughout Addison and greater Dallas. 

Addison Keller Springs is served by the Dallas Independent School District. The closest Elementary Schools are George Herbert Walker Bush Elementary School & Anne Frank Elementary School. While the closest Middle and High Schools are E.D. Walker Middle School and W.T. White High School respectively.
